Thank you Dani Raxe for contributing to our blog this week.
There are so many products on the market that promise to stimulate hair growth but also have side effects that go along with it and it still didn't work. Here is a natural way to stimulate hair growth while controlling dandruff. The best thing about it is if it doesn't stimulate your hair to your satisfaction then you haven't suffered any side effects and it still controlled your dandruff.
¼ c. fresh Thyme
1 T. Honey
½ c. raw Apple Cider Vinegar
Add thyme leaves to glass jar. Cover with ACV, cover with lid.
Allow to sit 2-3 days. Strain in bowl and add honey.
Pour into spray bottle.
How to use:
Spray liberally on scalp as needed. Part your hair if it is thick and spray as close to the scalp as possible. Use daily if needed.
TIP: Any time I use natural ingredients I keep it in a dark blue, green or amber bottle. This prevents sunlight from deteriorating the ingredients and my product will last longer.
Why it works:
Thyme sends powerful nutrients to hair follicles while improving blood circulation to the scalp which encourages growth.
Honey is a natural humectant (holds onto water) so it hydrates without creating an oily feel to your hair.
Raw ACV balances the p H level of the scalp as well as removing any dead skin from hair follicles that could prevent new hair growth.
